Brown Barbecue Cafe started with a simple idea: bring the bold, smoky flavors of authentic charcoal grilling to the streets of Sharjah — and serve it any time of day or night. Tucked behind Mega Mall on Al Wahda Street, our cafe has become a neighborhood favorite for late-night feasts, family dinners, and quick bites between work shifts.

Every dish on our menu is built around one principle: flavor first. From overnight-marinated tawook to slow-grilled lamb kofta, our recipes are rooted in tradition and refined through years of practice. We use only halal cuts, fresh produce, and time-honored cooking methods.
